this bail bonds agency doesn't need a rating at all(disregard the 1 star)..when i say unprofessional isn't even sufficient to describe their customer service i mean it. I have worked in customer care for over 15 years so i know whats required from even a small business. the employee/boss who answered the phone at 1030am told me it was 9am he was still sleep. advise me that he couldnt do anything and if he could he wants the full bond amount. i know im new to this but isnt the purpose of having a bondsman to pay a percentage of the bail. excuse my french but his arrogant prick butt can keep that

I called to get help for my son. He has a warrant and asked me to find out the amount and the cost for a bail bondsman. I asked a few questions and instead of the young man helping me; possibly getting some business. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
