Steve Bunce has always been my go to for Real Estate closing. His old office is always friendly and happy to help get the job done in a timely manner.

Mr Bunce handled my original purchase deed over a decade ago. When I recently got married, we returned to have him add my husband to the deed. The legal paperwork was processed in our county less than a week later! He’s fast and affordable. His assistant is so professional and speedy at communication via email.

Used Steve for our real estate transaction...I would warn anyone that wants to understand the documents they are signing and have an office that actually understands and works for the person paying the bill. This office has only gotten back to us for documents at the last seconds possible. Literally waiting until the last hour to send us the documents to sign. The town we were in didn't have a FedEx to send the documents we signed back and instead of being helpful, their response was "well find a FedEx or pay out of pocket (even though we already paid for this specific expenditure in their bill)". Not professional or a responsible answer for a service we are paying for. On top of that they seem to lose documents since they have repeatedly sent the same ones for us to sign after we've alrea
