I had the most pleasant experience at this BMV! I had a bit of a complicated situation that I was very confused about and Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to get my car registered. She was also very personable while also being professional. Dare I say she made the BMV fun? Would absolutely recommend!

After numerous phone calls and visits to this office, it has become painfully apparent that while they can and do transfer vehicles, they don’t know how to address any situations that involve estate transfers or how to best assist individuals trying to navigate their own system or the rules and regulations of neighboring counties. This office is half a mile from Hamilton Co and they seem pretty clueless assisting people who live in the same neighborhood

Renewing vehicle registration and chose this location as they open earlier than other registrar's offices. There was already a line so there was a slight wait time. I believe there were three people working and it seemed that I was waiting for less than 20 minutes. The employees were all pleasant and very helpful to customers. One of the employees on duty even called out to everyone waiting to get clarification in services people needed in order to prevent someone from waiting and then learning the service they were needing wasn't available. Very good customer service

Poorly managed. We got there an hour before they closed and the place is so backlogged that you can’t even wait in the lobby. A complete indifference by management to actually staffing the place when they have customers. In addition to lazy to check peoples paperwork when they arrive to prevent people from waiting a couple hours just to be told that they don’t have what they need. Basically just a bunch of people that are lazy and don’t care or respect you or your time.

I’ve always had friendly customer service have, long line if you come middle of the day, but they are still very kind. Chris, the manager, helped me today and he was kind to everyone in the building.
