Burns and Black, PLLC

I called Burns & Black looking for a consult on some existing litigation. The initial interaction was positive and the Legal assistant took all my information down and we setup a time for Mr. Black to discuss with me the next day. This is where it went downhill. I did not receive a call at the scheduled time and when I called I was told Mr. Black was in a meeting and would call me as soon as he was done... That never happened. I called the next day at lunch and left a voicemail asking to reschedule. I called again after work and again couldn't reach anyone and left a voicemail asking if someone could call me back and let me know the status. That never happened either. I waited another day (because, life... It happens) and still nothing. I'm not sure why this firm ghosted me before
