Very rude. We are obviously trying to settle something. While trying to work something out the lady I spoke with was extremely disrespectful. Was raising her voice, and had an attitude the whole time I was speaking with her. If you speak with people over the phone everyday as your job you need to learn how to be nice.. even if you don't want to. They need new employees. ASAP. I wouldn't even give them that 1 star but I had to so i could post this...

I have to give credit to BN&A, I let a credit card lapse, they picked up the collections and have been absolutely amazing at helping me get everything squared away, working with me on a reasonable payment plan, and even being understanding at times when I needed some help. its not their fault I let a debt get away from me, but they have made the entire experience very painless

What is the trick to reaching these guys?! This is ridiculous. There voicemail comes on from a guy names Abraham every time you call. We have been trying for sometime now to reach this firm....

Terrible customer service - none of their phone numbers work. I have been trying to call for three days now. The only number I can get through on is their Spanish line and they refuse to help me or transfer me. I have been hung up on 4 times now. Simply terrible to work with.

I can't reach anyone on the phone, mailbox is full can't leave a voice message, no one responds to my many emails, when I try to make a payment the website shows an error, so I can't pay. What's going on?
