Not professional, never returned any phone calls. The address listed for her lawfirm through the courts is no longer active and is currently a hair salon. The court claims she works for the public defenders office but when you call the public defenders office they say she is no longer employed with them. Crook is an accurate last name.

Heather Crook is not accessible to her clients! Does not return calls nor do they answer the phone at her place of business. So i ask what is she doing for her appointed clients? How do you stay in business Heather Crook? Why cant you return a phone call? How does one go about getting in touch with you?

Heather Crook is not accessible. Her numbers are disconnected. She can not be located. I don't know why the courts are appointing her to people, unless they know she is not real.

I have been calling her for over a week and she hasn't returned any of my calls or messages. It's like she doesn't care that our loved one is in jail and that we have a family . We just want to know what's going on a clear understanding!
