Onboarding is wonderful and then all the balls are dropped and scattered. Business licensing is the most unorganized department. Super disappointing experience with terrible followup from sales and leadership on experience and concerns.
BEWARE: They register companies, like FCA Management, LLC, Charlotte, NC, that abuse consumers credit bureau profiles after they have moved out of their apartments, without sending an invoice, then won't respond to calls or emails to resolve them amicably. There are plenty of other companies out there that register businesses in NC, choose someone else!
