Miss Mitchell was extremely rude! There was a mixup at the closing attorney's office and our inspection cost wasn’t not in the closing documents. Apparently a bill was sent to us but must have gotten lost in the move. On Christmas Eve morning, we get a call from this woman who is extremely rude and demeaning. It was obvious during our call that we were at a loss and was not quite sure if this was a spam call or not. Instead of directing us to call the inspection agency to try to resolve the matter, she chose to talk to us in a very demeaning manner. During our conversation she must have mentioned the call was being recorded at least 3 times, maybe more. I hope that her employer will go back and listen to the recorded call and hopefully reprimand her behavior. We have excellent credit so we
