My name is Bryan Crenshaw, I writing to thank the Cabrini Green legal aid ( CGLA ), and most of all my lawyer will CGLA Mr Jason Robb . For helping me to get my criminal record expunged. And they was very helpful in working with me, in getting all the documents to present to the judge to get my criminal record expunged. For it to be a FREE service its has very poor customer service, i spoke with Lindsay along with another rep 3 weeks ago and submitted all documentation that was needed for court purposes and was told they would be in touch in exactly 1 week here it is going on week three and i have court today and i have not heard anything. I've continuously sent emails and even sent text messages repeatedly and nothing. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL whats wrong with sending a complementary email or text stating they wont be able to assist me? why even go through the prescreening? I hate that my time was wasted dealing with them....

Jason Robb saved my life and not only did he save my life he changed my life for the better. They told me I couldn’t never get my felonies expunged. & sealed. And Jason Robb saved my life and changed it now I have so many better opportunities to work and do better now thanks to Jason .
