I hired Cain Advisory Group for my small business's accounting and payroll needs. I was supposed to receive a report with my books and P+L statements, etc. at the end of each month. 2 months went by and I never received anything (even though I gave their team everything they needed, and in a prompt manner). Each time I inquired, I was told by Brian and his staff that they were still working on my account. After becoming a client, we had 1 meeting and nothing was accomplished because the bookkeeper never finished the work in time so our 'tax planning meeting' was all based on guesstimates and no actual data.
