Paul Califf, Esq is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate lawyer.  He has good negotiation skills and guided us to our advantage.  Though we know we are not his only clients, he calls back the same day whenever we leave a message, to answer and address our concerns.  He is proactive and very efficient to get paper work done.  He takes time to explain the legal terms and is open to our suggestions.  It was a pleasure to work with him in selling our house.  Fun fact: he was the sellers’ lawyer when we bought this house and he is our lawyer when we sold this same house 35 years later.

!!!!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!! —-For any reason at all!! Total disaster—— Paul Califf was not only the attorney but the executor of a will. (I was a beneficiary )Paul’s client died January 2019. Since that time this estate has NOT been settled! Any movement made on this estate was initiated by me! He never filed taxes I had to threaten to sue him and get him an accountant to file the estate tax! I paid my inheritance tax and to date have not received a response nor word on my tax waiver. Since he is the executor I can not get information as to the status of the estate from the IRS ! Who knows how much this estate owes in back taxes and penalties? The clients headstone took 2 years to be installed because of non payment to the monument company! He lied about that and stalled the pro
