From the time I initially contacted CCA to the time my issue got settled, communication, transparency and efforts to keep me posted were amazing. I was definitely hesitant to reach out to any attorney about my lemon vehicle because I hate the ambulance-chasing lawyer types and folks who just take advantage of an opportunity to “get paid”. But I was in a pickle with a crap built car and needed options…they gave me plenty, and not all about the big payout. They helped me get a fair settlement…one where I don’t feel like I took advantage, but was covered. Mad props to all their staff!
