I hired tom callan to represent me in an eminent domain case in Wildwood Florida. I can tell you that I was very personally disappointed with this firm. My driveway was cracked in 3 places from construction and my previously existing walkway to the sidewalk was never restored. Promises and Promises led to nothing he got his money and didn't do his job that's my opinion. My walkway was finally done by myself I formed it and poured the concrete myself. My driveway is still cracked in 3 places . He can't blame it on anyone else in his firm as he is the one that represented me from beginning to end. Once he got his money his whole attitude changed. I run a business and I don't treat my customers that way. So much for representation.

Tom Callan is your man for drainage and property border disputes. Good advice, good value, good sense of humor.
