This law firm hires the most incompetent people to answer the phones. Their website states that they specialize in Banking and Finance, yet when I called to discuss my issue, the person who answered the phone was completely dumbfounded, and had no further instructions for me to proceed with retaining an attorney for my legal matter. It is greatly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism, and I am disgusted that I thought for a second they could represent me in my negotiations. I am grateful that they immediately showed me how unorganized, confused, and altogether ignorant they are in how they treat potential clients. Absolutely horrendous.
