He has continued to follow up with me to make sure everything is going well, even on cases he has referred to others.

Proceed at your own risk. If you are looking for legal advice, avoid working with Michael Appleman, because it will cost you, and you will not receive the legal remedies you are seeking even for simple work like wills and trusts. My assumption is I was not at the top end of his preferred billings. After months of back and forth and apologies for delays in creating documents, I terminated the contract and was charged thousands of dollars with nothing put in place.

Angela Drake, legal assistant to: Ralph Duggins, Scott Fredricks, Philip Vickers, and Kate Hancock, is the rudest and least helpful individual you could ever speak to. I made a phone call to her asking for assistance on a retainer and she hung up on me without any attempt to assist in any way. If you work with any of these attorneys or are thinking about doing so please make sure you stay far away from Angela. She gives assistants everywhere a bad name.
