I am writing to formally address a concerning experience I had today with the paralegal Jackie at Cardillo Law Firm during what I thought was just a quick consultation. I’ve been navigating an overwhelming situation involving the potential loss of my home. On top of this, I was recently diagnosed with a cognitive condition, which has added to my stress. I’ve been proactive in reaching out for help to better educate myself for what’s to come. Today, during my lunch break, I called Cardillo’s office and had the opportunity to speak with the paralegal. What I anticipated would be an introductory conversation turned into an hour-long cross-examination. The experience was far from what I expected from a professional consultation. Unreliable and unsuccessful in their services. I am genuinely not sure why anyone would utilize them. They will feed you information and then go MIA and pawn you off on their secretary. Really disappointing experience. Be CAREFUL

I accidentally called his office and the Secretary was so nice and helpful. I'd certainly recommend them for their courtesy.

I have been dealing with mr. Cardillo for years now he is good at what he do that's why I still use them
