Does anyone have a working phone number for him? I’m trying to resolve a lien on my mother’s estate that is 20 years old.
This Company will file a case against you in Gwinnett County if you live in Cobb County so that it increases the possibility of you missing your court date because Gwinnett is 50 miles from Cobb. Cobb has a Superior court as well,so there is NO other reason to file in Gwinnett.
Very unprofessional and rude rep. No customer service skills at all.
This operation is a well run parasitical predatory entity. Porreca is well connected with the local police and with judges who will ignore all evidence in favor of this debt purchaser for profit.I am willing to speak with anyone who wants to know the details of my experience in dealing with Porreca .
