He made sure the documents were accurate, protected my purchase and adequately conveyed the negotiated deal. I met with an attorney for an hour. During the course of the conversation, I was told that I would receive a proposal within a few days of our meeting. I never received a proposal and called after two weeks. After a day or two of no answer to my calls, I then sent an email asking for my original documents back. I received a call from the attorney who had my documents delivered. He called and advised that I should get another attorney. I did get a bill for the one hour meeting. Not a good value for the money in my opinion.
