Gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. This so called attorney was to represent me in a criminal case in Worth Co. Ga. I sat 21 1/2 months without bond and he refused to even ask for a bond hearing. He refused me a copy of my discovery, I had to write the bar to get them to force him to turn it over. After reading it i realized they had no case against me. I was forced into a plea deal by Carter, he convinced me that my charge 16-11-37(a) carried 10 years when in fact it only carried 5 years. One of many deceptive lies told by this man. A phone call was made from the state of Tx to Tifton Ga but instead of calling thr Tifton police the person called in a favor from the corrupt Worth Co. Sheriffs office. Article1 sec2 parag3 of the Ga state constitution strictly prohibits this and an

Wish I could give no star. Avoid him at all cost. He will take your money and not answer the phone. He didn’t even make sure my case was handled properly and I ended up with a background that didn’t belong to me and charges that weren’t mine. Now I can’t get him to answer the phone and I’m stuck jobless and homeless because of things on my background that I was never convicted of. This man ruined my entire life and still is. He needs to be reported for something. I’m not sure what it is but I am not building a case with another attorney about the situation. We considered you family. Prayed for you when you were “sick”.
