Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Dismissive Experience I reached out to this law firm based on their excellent online reviews and detailed website that clearly states they handle Business Matters, including “drafting & reviewing contracts.” I was seeking help with a contract involving a company I believe is operating a scam, and I submitted a detailed email along with an attachment explaining my situation to David Cartner. Despite following up multiple times, I either received no response at all or was redirected to his assistant. After a long delay, Mr. Cartner finally contacted me at 9 PM, which was already unusual. The call, however, was the real shock. Mr. Cartner sounded completely disoriented, gruff, and uninterested from the start. He bluntly asked, “What do you want?”

I have used Cartner's services more than once for help with home sale and purchase over the years. Their service is professional and personal, marked by great communication. It was a pleasure to watch Mr. Cartner pour through countless county records covering almost a century to verify modifications to property lines. He was delighted to do it, using his expertise to solve a challenging problem. I will continue to use their services exclusively!

This is the first time using Cartner and Cartner. Could never get in touch with any lawyer most times of the day. They generally stop taking calls around 2pm. I am currently sitting at another closing table at 4:45 and need them to email closing statement to my new lender and I had to rely on the previous buyers attorney to get it done.
