I would not test here again. The lady was 15 mins late and didn’t let us in until 10 mins after she arrived. It was snowing and cold outside and ended up being extremely cold in the testing area. The wait time was understandable when she arrived since she had to settle in, but she spoke to us in a very abrasive manner. While testing she continuously bumped into my chair as she walked through the testing area. It was hard to focus because in addition to that, she constantly slammed doors as she entered and exited. When she asked what my tigers eye bracelet was for (anxiety relief) she scolded me in front of everyone. I don’t recall seeing that we couldn’t wear a beaded bracelet but since she asked if there was any accommodations needed that we didn’t get to see to, I just let her know that

I went here for testing. It was no frills but fast and efficient. They say be there 15 min early, but the doors weren’t open that early so I was standing out in the cold. Then, when someone finally came to open for the day, they didn’t let us in for another 5 minutes. All in all, it’s close to my house and it got the job done so I’d go again.

I took my exams here and arrived early, before the scheduled time. I didn't have to wait, and the process was very simple. The center is very clean. The lady was professional and welcoming. The room was at the right temperature.

The woman at the front, Abby, had a very unpleasant attitude. It didn’t seem like she understood that many people come there to take important exams, and her condescending energy created an unnecessarily tense environment. She opened the business 30 minutes late and was consistently rude and microaggressive. When I went to wish another test-taker good luck—someone who had expressed that Abby’s behavior had negatively impacted her mood—Abby interrupted me, put her hand in my face, and said, “Please stop.” It was an extremely off-putting experience. If you’re thinking of testing here, GO ELSEWHERE! ZERO STARS

Tried taking a look at the place before booking and I could immediately tell that the poor reviews were on point... I couldn't even ask all my questions before feeling brushed off and rushed. This is not a safe space if you are an anxious individual, so if you are seeking such accomodations for example, then this is may not be the place for you. If you just need to get it over with, this place is still certified, and every comunity needs to have certain service within reach ...so just be mentally prepared for what you may have to face and pay attention to what they say in the reviews. You can also see the energy this place gives by the responses to other poor reviewers...at least 25% of these reviews are 1 star and almost all of them have replies from the business.One of those response
