Please proceed with extreme caution. I asked Pamela Keith to withdraw from my case. It seems that she did but she assigned and/or allowed two attorneys in her firm to still work on my case without my knowledge. When I asked her to withdraw, I started handling my own case Pro Se. She never removed the two "junior" attorneys from my case in the case portal with the Court. Remember, she added them but I knew nothing about it. When I obtained a case summary from the court this week, there were so many hearings and actions taken place for which I was not told ANYTHING, not a date, time, outcomes, absolutely nothing. Pam and Ray are phenomenal! My daughter needed legal advice about an ADA accommodation request and they both took 30 minutes out of their day to do a zoom call with us. The advice they gave was invaluable and provided my daughter with crucial information that ended up saving her job without a court case. While talking with them you can feel that they truly care about their clients. We forgot to send our documents in advance so the night before the zoom meeting I sent them at 8pm or after. There were numerous documents to review and virtually zero time to prepare, but Ray still showed up very well versed about my daughter’s issue at work and her employer’s history. He was exceptional.
