I phoned ccls for help and the first person assigned to me, Leticia, was a very helpful sweet person with no rude attitude. Leticia was very helpful but she quit( gee I wonder why) and they then assigned me to a Hilda S. Ramirez. She was so rude and condescending worse than any collection agency or CRS that I have ever encountered in my entire life! I left the phone call wondering why I ever called this place in the first place. I thought they were here to help people not to make situations worse than they already are. She was combative, argumentative and flat out rude. I will tell everyone I know about her and this office and how they degrade people down to a nub and make us feel less than a human being . But maybe this is Hilda’s tactic to lessen her workload. Cuz hey if she can make

It is helpful sometimes, lots of times not all services are render or performed !! Staff is good and friendly. They face lots of delay BCS if the amount of people so be a bit patient. But over all they decent help and they will require your SSN since they work under federal funding !!

Joanna is amazing! I would highly recommend them, they are life savers!
