I left copies of legal documents with Katherine about 5 months ago to review and see if she could help me. She explained that she was busy but would look to it when she could. I didn't want to pressure her but after 5 months I decided to check on her progress hoping she would be close to being finished. I left a message with Jessica for Katherine to call me. A week went by with no response. I called again and was told by Jessica that she "thinks" "Katherine won't be able to help me". I said so what you are telling me is that I have patiently waited for 5 MONTHS to be told you can't help me??? Really? No one could have called me before now to tell me this??? I left another message for a return call from Katherine and still today no courtesy of a returned call and maybe a apology??? NO

This is a two-fold review for both an individual paralegal, and the whole of Central Florida Court Document Service, LLC. At the time of this review, I have a family law divorce and custody suit (I know Florida doesn't like usage of the term "custody"). This case has been ongoing for two years. I started out with an attorney that covered all primary services and filings up to and including completion of a single mediation session. Now that my attorney is with me on a limited basis, I have chosen to continue to hearings and trials pro se. Upon deciding I needed to quickly get a motion to compel filed, I contacted one paralegal service that advised they don't pick up case work for anything but initial case filings.
