I scheduled a consultation with a lawyer about my case, and from the beginning, I made it clear that I speak Portuguese, but I also spoke some Spanish and that I understood Spanish perfectly, as they only offer services in Spanish or English. I also submitted all the documents for my case well in advance, even more than necessary, so that the lawyer could already review everything at the scheduled time. My appointment was scheduled for exactly 4:00 PM. My complaint begins with the time. At 3:50 PM, the receptionist called me to collect the remaining balance of the appointment—because when you schedule the appointment, you have to pay part of the fee upfront, and they make it very clear that if you are late or don't show up, you will

I Obdulio Cortes visited Attorney Charlene Seda at her office to get a fiance visa for my girlfriend in the Philippines. I knew it was complicated but with her advice and guidance it was accomplished. It took a Year from February 22- February 23, and my Girlfriend passed every single step the first time.
