I am currently in debt because of this firm ! I got into an accident 11 years ago and this law firm listened to a false allegation from two people and paid them 25,000 a piece . Based off of a lie! Since then I was told my one worker my debt was 50,000 and once satisfied with x amount of money I would be okay . I get switched to a new worker and she says that was a lie and I have to pay the amount in full. It is 2026 and I’m now in debt $101,000 because “interest” is added every year. On top of that I was never served by a sheriff in my home state and this is ruining my livelihood! I am going to get a lawyer to help me sue and get out of this mess I can’t even be a parent to my kids and take care of them because of the extra bill to keep a piece of plastic each month. I’ve never heard of

I contacted this lawyer's office on behalf of a relative. Ms. C. Clemons needs sensitivity training or another line of work. I was never demeaning or rude during the entire conversation, just trying to understand the process for my relative. She would not answer certain questions and took offense to ANY scenario I presented. My relative gave full verbal permission for me to speak with her, she is his case manager. It's best to be proactive not reactive. You would of thought she was the debtor not the bill collector. No compassion, would've gotten better answers and results speaking with AI.

The communication from this place is absolutely horrible. They ignore every single call. It doesn’t matter what extension you try , no one ever answers. You’re basically forced to go there in person just to get help. There’s always someone sitting at the front desk, yet they act like the phone doesn’t exist. It’s extremely unprofessional, and I’ve never experienced anything like it. The way they treat people is inhumane; no empathy, no compassion, just completely money hungry behavior. I honestly pray that none of their family members ever have to encounter people who treat others the way they do. Luckily, I’m able to come up with the money when they pull their funny business, but I know there are people who can’t and I genuinely feel horrible for them. I already feel like my back is agai

Whats the receptionist problem? I called just trying to get information about a case. She couldn't find mine or the people who retained them information and requested my SSN!! When i denied giving her that, she hung up! IS this place a scam ??

If zero stars was an option, that’s exactly what I would give them. You cannot reach these people by phone at all during business hours. It’s almost like you’re forced to go in but we live two hours away. Please shut this place down!!!
