we had a deal that he offered us when a contract was out already and he gave us a whole run around letting us think that we can still have it, and even that period he never discussed stuff with out attorney only through broker didnt even sound that understands lawyer lingo, all comments on the contract were changed into simple lingo. then after making a change in the contract which he agreed to, he threw us out of his office and acted very rude and nasty.
This guy is a complete waste of time. I had a horrific experience with him. I don't even think he has proper credentials of being an attorney. Stay away
