These guys are clowns. Charlene Cruz sent me a cease and desist for demanding my HOA follow the CCRS so I sued the HOA and essentially bankrupted the HOA while representing myself. It was that clear of a case and that easy to know who was right and who was wrong. Any competent lawyer would have told the HOA to get things fixed and she decided it was better to try to make money sending needless letters that had no legal weight. This was from July 2024. This firm is more concerned about billable hours than it is about what the law actually supports.

Those people will squeeze your blood out to dry. They bully me in order to cut communication with me so they can set up law suit. They know how to trap you out of your misery. I paid the water bill to the HOA and they are in charge of water. My 1st floor bathroom celling felt off, and HOA should pay the damage through the insurance. Instead of feeling empathy to me, not able to live in the apartment for 10 months, water damage, and mold, they shamelessly sued me. HOA and the attorney office are running organizations together, the same owner. They know how to set up trap and squeeze blood out like a vampire 🧛‍♂️ 🤧
