Chiaki Ito, Attorney

We had the pleasure of working with Chiaki on the sale of two properties and the quick review is... She is amazing. Her attention to detail, the fact that she performs all of the work herself (one person operation) means that every "t" is crossed and every "i" is dotted. There were unexpected historical issues that we were completely unaware of that she uncovered and also helped to resolve. We can not speak highly enough of Chiaki and will utilize her services again and will recommend her to all of our friends in the area.

One of the WORST closings we have EVER experienced. Did NOT return phone calls or emails. Even after closing she has YET to return calls or emails. Told to overnight documents per her instructions and did exactly as we were told but she wasn't even in her office to accept which delayed closing. Waited 2 days before closing to even go over our closing package. We lost money, time, time off work and talk about STRESS. BIGGEST nightmare.

Absolute most unprofessional attorney. She made our closing a nightmare,being the buyers attorney. She purposely sent the proceeds to the wrong person ,on spite ,now we sold a lot and can’t receive our funds. The whole transaction was full of deceit . I am reporting her to the attorney board to look into this matter.

Chiaki is an awesomely fun spirit, and I would never use another attorney for closing. Highly reccomend.
