I can’t say enough good things about Christina Montes. She represented me in my divorce in 2022, helping me win primary custody of my son, and again in 2025 to get a Geo-restriction lifted so I could move — and both times, we won, after being told it could not be done, as these cases are not easy. Christina is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She really listens and always makes you feel heard and supported, but she’s also tough when it counts and knows exactly what needs to be done. I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s done for me and my family. If you’re looking for an attorney who truly cares and gets results, Christina Montes is the one you want on your side.

Horrible lawyer! Christina Montes didn't do nothing. She didn't even let me or husband use the rest room even after I paid her $3,500. Her staff is the worst, and this lawyer was always rude. What a waste of money. Look somewhere else, very bad lawyer.

How this firm got 3.5 stars is beyond me, or maybe they had more competent people working there, than they do now. Horrible professionalism. They absolutely do not take care of anything, prolonged process without the need for it. I usually read the reviews of businesses but for some reason I did not for this specific business and now I am paying the consequences. My case was a simple traffic ticket that has taken over a year to resolve. I’ve had other traffic tickets since then, and I definitely went with other firms and they were able to resolve what these people have taken a year to even give me straight answers for DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I can leave 0 stars I would Please be aware Christina Monte’s collected $2000 to start my husbands case. Not once has she communicated to us about the case, no court dates, no court dates we didn’t even need to attend. No communication on the trail or progress litterly 0 communication. Not even an effort to actual try and prove his innocence. We made the mistake and didn’t read reviews. Don’t make the same mistake save ur money for a real lawyer who can do their job.
