We started working with Chris Daly and Jan back in 2022 for a Workers Compensation case for my husband. Chris Daly has been thorough in helping us communicate with the Workers Comp claims examiner and getting things taken care of that the claims examiner was not handling. We are still in the midst of the claim and not ready to settle yet. However we will continue to use him until we settle. Chris Daly came highly recommended from a family member. Jan has also been awesome!

He was so lazy with my case, overlooked key details of the case which cost me a lot in the long run. He wanted me to just settle for half of what my medical bills were because the insurance company was being difficult. I insisted on pushing for more and after he took half of the settlement in his fees and costs, it still did not cover my medical bills from the accident. It also took them 2 years to settle my case when it was a cut and dry rear end incident.
