Mr. Kendall has represented my family for several family real estate and related family law transactions. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, diligent and friendly in his work and his interactions. His prices are reasonable and he is helpful when you have questions or concerns- even when they may not be directly associated with the transaction he is working on.

Mr. Kendall represented me in a real estate transaction for a property I sold. While his office is pleasant and professional, Mr. Kendall is certainly not. We had two minor issues after the sale that required attention and Mr. Kendall was extremely slow to respond to our inquiries or to take action on the issues. After nearly two months of waiting, I drove the three hours to his office (I do not live in the area anymore) to deal with him face to face. Even though I had paid him $750 to represent me (he was timely in cashing that check, of course) he didn't not even invite me to sit down in his office to address my concerns. Instead, he stood in his waiting area and defensively tried to usher me out of his office. I cought him in several lies while he tried to answer my questions. Mr. lKend
