Mark Cianca is a wonderful, thorough, reasonably priced attorney with a great support staff. I bought and sold my house with him, and even with some outside factors complicated both ends of the sale, he took control of the situation and made both sales go extremely smoothly, all while keeping me fully informed. Cannot recommend Mark enough.

Received a telephone and in-person consultation. He said he would request my file from my previous attorney, we were good to go. Simple estate work for my grandma. He knew I was closing on my grandmas house and that I needed him, an estate attorney for that. They day before closing, he left me high and dry, saying he wouldn't agree to take the estate until the house closed (i.e all the work had been done) Well, I need an estate attorney to close on the house! I'm assuming he's done an estate before! He's made me miss the closing date. A real jerk. Stay away.

He is my favorite. He's been our family attorney for more than 20 years. He is very professional and has done us wonders. He is very well rounded lawyer. If he can't help you he will point you in the right direction.
