I spoken to a counselor about my situation she gave me some paperwork I need to fill out. If it works out in my favor they will get a counselor for me very helpful. The key to getting great help is getting there when the doors are open.

always has the right paperwork i need, as a landlord/on-site property manager. have access to ALL legal forms, from civil to criminal. 😁 no legal advice allowed to be given, but they can tell you if your paperwork is filled out correctly!!! sometimes? there may be a bit of a wait to talk to a worker at, like, 9am, noon, or between 3pm and 5pm. there is also space provided for people to fill out said legal forms! God bless! have a great day! 😊

Self help is an apt description cause you'll be the only one helping. They've given me the wrong forms on 2 or 3 occasions and almost caused a catastrophe. Forms they have available are incomplete, and some forms on their site are outdated by a full decade! So you have to either get them from the clerk, or, for some NLV forms I've had to run across the street to the law library to obtain. Can't even answer simple procedural questions but given their track record that's probably a good thing. In other words they're completely useless.
