Future debt payer beware! If I could give them a 0 star I would. Keep track of your records and record every interaction with this place even phone calls including names of who you spoke to, they dont save anything you discuss with them. Also extremely rude and unprofessional at best. Agreed upon a settlement amount saved up for 2 weeks to pay it in 1 lump sum just to be told there’s no records of me calling or any notes on my account (which makes me wonder why do they say when you call that they record your call?!) then comes back to me that now they want $200 more then the settlement and won’t budge. It’s plain and simply a law firm that is scamming you because they know you don’t want to go to court for $100-$200 bucks so you’ll just pay it to make it go away. I highly suggest you recor

I will just state something that should be obvious and done by all, keep track of your records and do agree to let them take out your payments via your debit card. With that information they can do what they want. Send them your payments via old fashion check. When they send you your cashed check to your email address make sure you print it out and keep it. That is to your advantage if they try to claim that you have not paid them. I recently asked them to send me proof of my payments, they did but they let me know that if I do not continue to pay them they would do what they could to get you to pay them. That is why I say keep good records. Put them in a good place.

Well if you have to be in a situation to settle an outstanding debt or two and have to deal with one of the legal assistants at Clarkston and Hale, make sure you ask for Mr Earle Britton! Now don’t be condescending or snippy cause it ain’t there fault your there but if you just talk to Earle and be pleasant and friendly he will do all he can to help make your experience as good as possible! He bent over backwards to help me with a settlement and then getting it filed with the courts so I could close on my house!! Tell him Ronnie J from Charleston sent you! Much appreciation Mr Britton💫

Set up a payment from the bill pay feature on my bank account. 2nd time I've gotten a 'warning about prosecution'. You agreed to the schedule and time of payment. I had proof from my bank of payment. To call this 'firm' a bus bench bunch of lawyers would be insulting bus bench lawyers.

This firm is handling a collection debt that we have from 12 years ago when my husband and father in law were both in the process of having a kidney transplant. The amount that they are requesting is 70% interest from the true debt that we owe. We offered half to settle this debt. I have never met anyone so hard to work with. There is not a company out there that I know of that after 12 years will not work with you to help pay off an old debt. Most people after 12 years aren't going to attempt to give you a dime. We are trying to pay off this debt and they still refuse to budge. Someone please tell me how that makes any sense for you or your client.
