If I can give a zero I would , we scheduled an appointment drive 3 hrs for a paid appointment 25 minutes before the appointment Mike smith secretary says it’s not in Kern county so we will cancel . I told her forget the out of town matter we have another matter in Kern county we already booked the appointment we are going to pay for it what difference does it make if we come in for the consultation. Wasted our whole day didn’t schedule another appointment since we had this one . Totally unacceptable unprofessional , inpatient . Appointment is booked, not free , I told her how do you take new clients . I am a new client in Kern county why won’t you keep the appointment. I believe they either had an issue in the office or attorney wasn’t there or they wanted the time for someone else . Horr
