Closing USA

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst closing company ever. If your lender has this as their closing company, RUN as they're probably a bad lender. Not helpful, so many mistakes throughout the whole process, and non-responsive. Please save your time and money and never use them.

I have only ever written 3 Google reviews and felt this one very much deserved it. After refinancing my rentals, they used Closing USA as my Title company. It's been about 7 months since closing and I have not been able to reach them. I have called and left messages over a dozen times. I have checked their hours of operation but no one ever seems to pick up their phones there. I have also written 3 emails to them with no response. Till this day I have no idea if they are even a real company as other then their website and being told they exist, I have heard nothing back from them.

They were decent. I have had better closings as a realtor. They misprinted a check and cost a few extra days of interest as well as refused to send the new check directly to the creditor instead of to me to then pay to forward the check. No possibility of just transferring the money digitally as loan depot boasts technology. Other than that, they did what they were supposed to do.

I work as a real estate paralegal in Florida; this refinance loan closing has been the worst experience of my life. Delays in funding, and now, a week after expiration of rescission period, and still no funds received. And, God-forbid one should extend the courtesy of returning messages -- three have been left and gone unanswered. Absolutely unprofessional! No even worth one star

I see some people with issues here. However, I can honestly say I found the people with ClosingUSA to be knowledgeable. And I am making this perfectly clear. Everything I responded, ask a guesting, or asked someone to contact me I GOT A RESPONSE in a matter of just a couple of hours. And, actually less. EVERYTIME. And thus was done when the state of New York was operating under COVID lock down working from home. These folks due a Hugh number of transactions. It is a shame that people that have been done right do not let people know. Kerry Taylor
