Cogency may be the worst registered agent ever. They CONTINUALLY fail to file annual reports for charities, I asked them to register us in two states so we could begin to solicit within those states and they inferred we had to register as corporations as well as charitable organizations - when in fact we only needed to be registered as a charity within the state. As of March 2022, I am still receiving failure to file annual reports from 2019 & 2020 which we of course had already paid Cogency to file. Furthermore, they are very evasive in their communication. I repeatedly reached out to our account representative for weeks asking if they would handle a late annual filing notice we received (that we had already paid for) and the representative would not respond after multiple emails. Cogency Global has assisted me with establishing my LLC and keeping it compliant. The reason I chose them in the first place was their quick response to my many questions. It's been a struggle to have my account manager get in touch with me. They are expensive and their invoices are not detailed so your never really sure what you are paying for
