I’m very passionate about my small business and who I choose to work with. That’s why I regret I ever found this place. I needed a new simple operating agreement and my lawyer was professional, but never explained anything from me and anytime I asked a question I’d get dismissed or get a very annoyed answer. This ended up costing me twice as much as they first quoted me. And I literally only had 2 conversations. Just felt like I got scammed from this whole thing and it wasn’t pleasant at all. Find another place to do business if you’re a small business owner.
