Colleen and her team have gone above and beyond to help my family. My parents used her services to create their trust and they loved working with her. We lost my mother in 2019 and Colleen helped my father with updating the trust. When we lost my father in 2024, Colleen was very helpful in answering questions and providing support. Colleen Duris and her staff have been a Godsend, My Dad had a stroke months back and we needed to place him in a rehab/long term care facility. My experience with this attorney was disappointing. I called once and left a message on the answering machine requesting a return call. NO call was forthcoming! After a week or so, I visited the office and talked to the secretary and was informed Ms. Duras was not in the office at the time. Once again, I left a request to be called to discuss information regarding a consult. No response! Not very professional.

Ms. Duris is a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney. She helped my stepmom, after the death of my father, to obtain VA benefits. We could not have done it without her. I highly recommend Ms. Duris as an estate planning attorney.
