Let's face it folks, navigating the Small Claims process is like CLIMBING MOUNT EVEREST!!! It's as hard as Nails!!! I filed at the Central Justice Center on June 9, 2025. I did not get a Contested Hearing date until October 16, 2025. I WON!!! I could not have done it with Christina. Christina was just awesome!!! Now I am in the last stage called "Collecting the Judgment." This can be just as difficult as the hearing. Christina's Tuesday afternoon Zoom Call is just loaded with necessary information. She provides the necessary tools to guide you through the process. Christina is the best!!! You will need her guidance if you expect to succeed in a very difficult venture. Thank You Christina!!!

Wow ...after waiting hold to speak to someone Mary answered my call and said she was transferring me to a paralegal. Well after being on hold for 55 minutes and 51 seconds AND listening to the most obnoxious hold music I've ever heard before AND at the highest volume level they could choose. I'm in tears no because I am having a panic attack. So I will just have to continue to be abused by the landlord and management oh and let's not forget my next door neighbors that are harassing me on a daily basis and the upstairs freak that stalks me from room to room and even into my bathroom 😲 Every day....oh and I'm a disabled senior that has never been late on paying rent for over 8 years. I've never had a complaint. So I hope those that choose to go through these channels know what you have to
