Won't talk to you unless the situation is happening to you, apparently we can't talk to anyone if you are calling for anyone else's situation... so much for if you see something say something since most people don't want to admit what is going on with their situation due to either fear or embarrassment, even if they are given permission to speak with you because the person who is going through that particular situation is getting flustered and tongue tied.... they chose to make the person rehash and relive the stress of the situation..... I guess that's how they get their jollies by hearing frustration, fear, crying and embarrassment from the people whom they are SUPPOSED to be helping..... they won't even refer you to someone who may be able to help........

They are never taking applications. I have reasonable accommodation. I am disabpled with m.s. for 30 years. And now dementia. My wife of30 years takes care of me by the skin of her teeth. WE ARE HOMELESS! Does anyone really care????? What do we need to do to have a roof over our heads???????oh and I have been trying FOR YEARS AND YEARS.

I was turned any at the door. The lady wouldn't even let me come in out of the rain, holding 15 month old son. She also said that their are on attorneys in the building. So it was a complete waste of my time. I would have given no stars, but that's not an option.

I called to get help was placed on hold for 63 minutes. Then hung up on try it again same thing. I was calling to help a blind man and never got a person to call back or answer. The phone left multiple messages very disappointed
