Community Legal Services - Kissimmee

I've called, emailed, filled out their online forms and even went to their office just to talk to someone. Zero. Thats the amount of time I've been able to get into contact with anyone at this organization. Recommendation, dont say you offer services if you dont actually offer services.

Does this organization really want to help anyone? Showed up a Friday. Doors locked. Ring door bell. Nothing. Two other people show up. No response for them as well. Came back later, door still locked. Rang the doorbell again. Got someone on speaker. Said to make an appointment online. Tried and tried. Won't let me. Complete about 5 pages of questions, and then it brings me back to the beginning. Did this three times. Answered and reviewed ALL questions. Nothing to help me with what's wrong. I'm a senior looking for a direction for possible legal service. Frustrating

I’m a very patient person but I’m a bit upset with the wait time. I took time off work, left my job at 2pm because I was told I had to arrive early for the 3pm free clinic video conference. It is 4:47pm I’m still sitting in conference room no video conference has started as of yet. No one has come to check on me to see if I have any questions or concerns as to why it is taking so long. I don’t like to give bad reviews and I’m grateful for the help but this is not ok and it’s very unprofessional. I am grateful for the help but I took 2 and a half unpaid hours off work just so that I can come to this free clinic as it is part of the requirement to possibly get some free legal help. If I would’ve known this was going to happen I would’ve worked through my work shift and not loose work hours.

For 2 weeks now I have been trying to speak with someone, unfortunately no luck. Answering service keeps advising that all attorneys are busy at the moment to please call again. I am in desperate need of help, time is of the essence.
