Community Legal Services - Ocala

Very rude and unprofessional. The woman who answered gave me a nasty attitude and hung up on me.

I actually had had good experiences with Community Legal Services. For those complaints of calling 9am to close and no answer. You need to call around 8:30 am. I have found it to be the best time to call. I have spoken with an attorney everytime with exception to 2 different times. The only issue I have had is getting 2 different responses to the same question. I guess it's each person's view on things. Thank you for your assistance.

Save your breath. They do not help you with lawyer stuff. They do not help you with legal advice. And if you have a case with DCF or food stamps don't even go to them cuz I'm pretty sure they're on the salary for DCF cuz God forbid you telling the whole story you are in tears crying over the phone and their website. Even backs you up with what you're saying they deny helping you. It must be nice for DCf. That that have all these people in there back pocket. I don't know if their real lawyers here or what but I am reporting to the Florida bar

I had a real estate issue and contacted Community Legal Services for advice. I was extremely pleased with the advice I received! I learned my options and the steps to take. If I ever need additional legal advice, this is where I'll start.

They advertised themselves as a community legal aid & state that they help the most vulnerable people at no cost. I applied & pretty much they said they couldn't help me due to i don't understand what. Lame excuse. They said they're privately founded by who? Where does the money go? If the only reviews show people been rejected & told their cases are not approved for. Help!!
