Never used them. I still got garnished and and had money still sitting there. Was not happy. And still had another account that was not even touch still drawing interest. I would have done better myself dealing with these companies

Please DONOT consider this company. They will tell you to pay a certain amount to them monthly and not to pay the creditors but only like 20% of that amount will go towards paying your debt, the 80% of the amount will go towards company fees and services. I was paying over $330/month for over a year, they only made a payment of $50/month towards my debt, the rest ($280+)went to their own company fees. They’ll only keep you in debt for a longer time. Additionally, At first they will promise to provide legal presentation as part of their services but when you’re taken to court, they’ll tell you they have no lawyers in the area or you don’t qualify for legal representation. I would recommend you to just call your creditor and request for a payment plan. PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this company, they

Edit: They have reached back out to me and see to be handling the situation. I’m a little more at ease now after understanding the full situation and what is being done to fix it. I was served back in September for a debt that they had already settled for me and I was actively paying on. I sent them all the paperwork I received from the court and was told it would be taken care of. I called multiple times to find out what was going on with the case and was told someone would have to call me back. Flash forward to a week ago when I receive a final default judgement in the mail. Apparently they had never done anything with the case like they were supposed to and I have reached out 4-5 times since receiving the letter and have not received a response from them. Hopefully this bad review will

Signed up with Silverlake Financial for debt settlement in May. They turned me over to one of their partners Concordia. It is now December and I only have 1 of 3 accounts settled. It's taking forever and all the while my credit score tumbles and interest accrues. When they settled my first account they made sure to suck out all of their 27.5% fees first and foremost and kept leaving me with nothing in my account every month which isn't helping me at all to settle with other creditors. Maybe if they had stretched that out and allowed me to use more of the money I was putting in we could've already had a path forward. But every month I was putting money in, all of it was being sucked out for fees. I even ended up doubling my agreed upon amount so as to help settle things faster but it hasn'

I signed up with this company in May 2025. So far they settled one account. It started well at first i was glad it is going well. Just month later other onewas settled. After that this same account reached settlement 3 more times. I aked them what is going on with this account. They were saying not enough money on my account to settle after over $4000 they took from my bank . I had to send them $60 to settle back in october. And couple days ago this same account is asking me to say yes to settle . Same account 4 times in 6.month? Then this person told me the first account is voided because I dont have enough money in my account. I requested skip due to government shutdown. That required settle ammount is $100 a month. Really? You cant pay that 100 bucks after you took over 4000
