My wife and I used Michelle Congleton's services to coordinate the purchase of our home in Jul 2015, after she was recommended to us by our realtor. We found her to be highly unprofessional, condescending, and incompetent. We were so stressed out by our interactions with her that it was one of the most disturbing interactions that I've had with any professional. Considering everything that happened, I strongly recommend against using the services of Michelle Congleton and her law firm Congleton Law. Details below. First of all, she seemed to have very little time communicating throughout the entire process. Almost every single time I called her, she was rushing off to another client. Michelle was the reason I was able to close on time. She represented the buyer of my house by my new home closing was so close together that she was running to get the info needed for me to close. She was not my lawyer and she worked hard as if she was, I can imagine how well she would do if she was your lawyer.

Michelle with Congleton Law handles all of my Real Estate Closings and always does an incredible job. She keeps me in the loop the entire time and takes great care of my clients! I cannot say enough great things about working with Michelle!

It has been almost a year since our closing and we are still having trouble with legal documents due to the unprofessional tactics of this closing attorney. First of all, she rushed through the closing in which I have never seen. Purchasing a home is wonderful thing, but it can also be extremely stressful. This attorney never explained the process, the paperwork and anything else that matters. I used to work for closing attorneys and so I had a general knowledge of the procedure. Secondly, she never properly placed my name on the deed. When my husband and I tried to have the problem resolved she then wanted to charge us an extra $150. Why should we pay when you made the mistake in rushing everything? Anyway, we eventually moved on with our lives and have been enjoying our new home.

I recently used Congleton Law for a personal matter. I found Michelle to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Michelle is matter of fact and to the point which some may not like...I found it refreshing and appreciated her straightforward approach and tenacity.
