I can only give a 1 because of 1 profesional individual in this place. Otherwise it's a disgrace. However, it's my fault for expecting anything different.
Good service and location but small space.
Lacks organization, no printers or copy machines had to go around the block and still count to find a copy machine. It feels more like begging to get a service than paying for said service. Go somewhere else! Also, personnel are patronizing, and try to say printing and copying a document for passport renewal is a favor they do out of kindness.
