Consumer Rights Attorney John T. Longo

This dude is terrible with communication! Never calls back, will send you a link to schedule to speak to him and he NEVER calls you back! It’s not that hard to pick up clients calls after you made promises to help and get back to people! Super unprofessional, just leaves you hanging. Be upfront and if you’re busy send a message/email telling people you are busy and will get back to them! It’s utterly ridiculous how he’s still in business and no one has had not one good thing to say about this guy! Does he even exist ? I’m about to report this business to google and to the Better business bureau! Disappointing. Was hoping for a resolution about my case and was going to pay John Longo really good money, but the guy doesn’t care about his client or his job, nor does he care to get paid.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Attorney John Longo at Longo Law. I initially reached out to him to file a civil suit. Mr. Longo assured me he would take my case, even going so far as to sign an engagement agreement and sell me a big dream. However, shortly after that, he completely disappeared. As a lawyer, this kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. Mr. Longo stopped responding to emails, texts, and calls, showing a total lack of decency and respect for his clients. I will be filing a formal complaint with the bar association regarding his conduct. I strongly urge anyone considering Longo Law to stay far away. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment.
