I’ve never met Nathan but my friend at work used him. We both refused a blood alcohol test. With my license I carry a commercial drivers license. Automatic refusal carries a two year disqualification of your commercial drivers license and a automatic eight month suspension of your regular license. Also after you get it back you have to have a breathalyzer in your car for a year. All I did was refuse a test. I paid my lawyer David McKenzie close to 15,000.00 to defend me and I got the most severe penalty. My friend at work who this is both our first dui hits three parked cars and destroyed all of them and refused gets one year without his cdl instead of two and never once losing his regular class c license and he probably paid 70% lower then me. So make sure who you have representing you.

I wanted to reach and give a public thank you to Nathan..I unfortunately regret the reason I had to contact him but afterwards I knew he would clean my mess up. The biggest things I liked about him was he always called you back at the end of the day, never made you feel uncomfortable, when he said this is what's gonna happen and it always did. Never made unrealistic promises or guesses. I had an issue that had me in a bad way and was gonna haunt me for ever. Everything came through like he said it would and I wouldn't hesitate to use him for anything in the future or refer him to anyone.. I highly recommend Nathan Schadler if you have a legal problem.
