Super unprofessional, tell me how i went to the office to make a payment on regular hours just for there to be absolutely nobody there, wasted my whole time, I have two jobs with absolutely no time i decided to go on my lunch break, just for them to waste my time and not even be a single person there. Nor i’m I gonna make the payment online and get charged a 3.5% when I owe around $1,200 in fees. not gonna sit here and give more free money to them. Apart from that all there was was a cat lying around and i’m allergic to them as well.Terrible

Terrible service by phone, you can spend the whole day, for a week; in either of the two languages. That they don't answer you, the machine sends you directly to the mailbox. It only tells you to pay through a website. And the one who doesn't know, or needs advice.? In short, terrible.

I had a telephone conversation with Jiovanny, who was courteous and cooperative in agreeing to send my documents via email. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact him via email and phone calls, I have not received the documents nor any response from him. Unprofessional

I got past 100 days sober thanks to group sessions and counseling here. So grateful!
